Woman-to-Woman Mentoring

Benefit from the experience of a woman who was confronted with similar health challenges to yours and who solved them in a sustainable and effective way.

About the mentoring

Your mentor : Aurélie Sermier, BODYA's founder

If your menstrual cycle and the hormonal fluctuations that go with it throw you for a loop every month, know that you have the power to change this on your own.

I'm living proof that you can go from a very debilitating cycle with premenstrual syndrome (PMS), severe period pain and heavy bleeding to a harmonious, pain-free, symptom-free cycle.

By learning to regulate your body and your hormones, you can naturally and autonomously impact your menstrual health.

It's my mission to help other women regain control of their health, free themselves from symptoms and harmonize their cycles.

Through mentoring, you'll receive the keys to restoring balance in your body and improving your day-to-day health.

The keys I'll give you are as follows :

  • the scientific basis for understanding how the body and female hormones work

  • self-observation techniques to understand hormonal imbalances and the causes of symptoms. This also enables you to live in harmony with your cycle and female physiology.

  • concrete strategies to implement on a daily basis to improve health and well-being effectively and sustainably

*I am not a health professional or doctor. This mentoring is in no way a substitute for professional medical advice.

Symptoms before periods: PMS

If you experience symptoms or pain before your periods such as fatigue, low energy, cravings, irritability, gastrointestinal issues, sleep problems, night sweats, water retention, weight gain, bloating, mood swings, irritability, depressed mood etc., this is a sign that something is out of balance in your body. This is called PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and this is not normal.

Painful periods

Pain associated with menstruation is known as dysmenorrhea. For some women, the pain is quite mild. But for others, the pain is so severe that it prevents them from doing their normal activities, even if it's just walking or sleeping. This is not normal and requires a comprehensive approach to remedy.

Hormonal imbalances

There are various types of hormonal imbalance. Common ones are: excess estrogen, progesterone deficiency, excess insulin and insulin resistance etc. Hormonal imbalances can lead to symptoms such as weight gain, low energy, constant hunger, low libido, skin issues and acne, mood swings, irritability, heavy periods and other cycle disorders etc.
